Loanwoof is a service in India that facilitates loan application processes by connecting borrowers with agents and financial institutions taking into account each borrower’s unique requirements and financial capabilities. This service is provided by Lawolfintech Private Limited.

As registered direct selling agents, we rely on our extensive experience in the industry to create a completely personal, quick, and easy digital process for borrowers.

This Terms of Service (“Terms”) sets out the terms and conditions that apply to your use of our app, website and related services (“Services”). By creating an account with us, you agree to abide by these Terms and the Privacy Policy that apply to your use of our Services

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms

1. SERVICES WE PROVIDE

Our aim is to provide a service that addresses each borrower’s needs and removes commonly-met obstacles in the loan application process. Borrowers can use our platform to request loans for varied purposes such as personal, business, home, car, and education, amongst others.

2. ACCEPTABLE USE OF OUR SERVICES

In order to provide a safe and secure experience, we need you to abide by the following:

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use our Services.
• Our Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may only use out Services to apply for loans from banks and other financial institutions.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you provide to us, particularly information about your loan requirements and loan applications.
• You understand that we may conduct requisite due diligence checks to assess your loan applications.
• You will not use out Services for making any fraudulent or misleading applications.
• You will not use our Services for any unlawful, illegal, or activities that are forbidden under these Terms.
• You will not use our Services to transmit any information that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, any information that infringes or violates any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights of third parties, or any information that impersonates other persons, is hateful or otherwise unlawful in any manner.
• You will be solely responsible for all information you provide to us. With respect to such information, you provide to us a perpetual, irrevocable and non-exclusive right to use.
• If you use any content over which we have intellectual property rights, we continue to retain our rights over such content.
• You shall not assign or transfer, in any manner, any of your rights or obligations assigned under these Terms.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We work hard to provide you with the best possible products, and encourage you and other users to abide by these clear Terms. Our Services, however, are provided on an “as is” basis, with a limited, revocable license and we cannot guarantee that they will always be safe, secure, and available without disruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of title, non-infringment and security.

We expressly disclaim any obligation that the results obtained from our Services will be accurate or reliable, that such results will meet your expectations or that applications made through our Services will result in successful loans being obtained.

We cannot predict issues that may arise from the use of our Services. As such, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and we will not be liable, under any circumstances, for any lost profits, revenues, or consequential or incidental damages that arise out of the use our Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, without objection, for any liability, loss or damages arising from the use of our Services.

4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any legal action arising out of the use of our Services, including for breaches of these Terms, shall be exclusively decided by Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana. All notices should be sent to the following address:
